Centering Pregnancy Classes:

Case Management Services
- Assist participants in linking to other needed services
- Transportation assistance to help participants be able to attend health appointments and Healthy Start Consortium meetings

Father Movement
Southside Medical Center is proud to partner with the Atlanta Healthy Start Initiative (AHSI) and Father Movement to support families in Fulton, DeKalb, and Clayton Counties. Together, we’re empowering moms and dads-to-be during pregnancy and throughout the critical postpartum journey.
AHSI, a federally funded program, provides essential resources for expecting parents, including:
- Maternal Health Support: Access healthcare providers and resources to promote a healthy pregnancy for both mom and baby.
- Parenting Education: Gain practical skills and knowledge to prepare for childbirth, newborn care, and fostering a strong bond with your baby.
- Support Groups: Build connections with fellow expecting parents and experienced dads through peer-to-peer support and community building.
